7/4/19:
The first day (Thursday) was mostly spent driving to California which took about 6 hours. While on the road, I edited a YouTube video, a blog, and talked to my family! Although there isn't too much too see on the road to California, seeing the windmills are usually my favorite part of the drive. My second favorite part is when the GPS says: "Welcome to California!"

The second day (Friday), we left Santa Ana and took a trip out to Beverly Hills to see Rodeo Drive. This was definitely my favorite part of the trip because it was more beautiful than I imagined! (and not just because there were shops there) The weather was perfect, the people were super nice to us, and taking a stroll with my family was a blast. After seeing all of the shops we wanted to see, we ate at California Pizza Kitchen and visited a French bakery.
7/6/19:
On Saturday, we visited Denny's for breakfast and took a trip to another huge mall around the corner from our hotel in Santa Ana. I had never seen a mall as big as the one we visited before going to California and I was astounded! The Forever 21 was at least 2,000 sqf (most likely more) and there was just too much to see! At this mall, we visited all of the luxury stores and bought a couple bags from Coach. (check out my Coach Haul on YouTube!) That night, there was an earthquake in California and it was the first one I had ever experienced! Being in hotel room was definitely not where I wanted to be during an earthquake! Luckily, it was just a small tremor and everything was okay.

On our last day (Sunday), we just grabbed some breakfast and headed home! However, on our drive back, we stopped at the Cabazon Outlets that we saw on the way to Santa Ana but never stopped. This outlet mall was the biggest mall by far and we only got to visit one wing of it! We also went to Coach at this mall and bought quite a few things, including some things for my sister who wasn't able to come with us on the trip.
We weren't able to go to the beach while we were there which is what I was really looking forward to, but it was honestly was too could outside for the beach! I was also supposed to go to a casting on Thursday, but since it was the 4th of July, the agency was closed sadly. Overall, my trip to California was really great and I'm so glad that I was able to go with my family. It was also a relatively cheap trip which was also great!
Until next time,

xoxo,
